You can book your place for the Nordic baths directly on our website. Please note that NO reservation for the baths is required if you ALREADY have an appointement for a massage or treatment.

You must arrive a minimum of 45 minutes before your appointment.
You must take a shower before your massage or treatment.
If you wish to have a receipt for your massage, your therapist can provide you with one after the massage.
We remind you that it is not possible to cancel or to modify a reservation for a massage or a treatment with less than 48 hours of notice.

La Source’s legendary Bistro is ready for you.
No reservations are required to have access to the Bistro. We recommend that you do not eat 30 minutes prior to receiving a massage or a treatment, if applicable.
You can eat whenever you wish, as long as its inside your 5-hour block, if applicable.
Mask rules
Wearing a mask is optional for all of our facilities, including Nordic baths, massage/beauty treatments, bistro, reception and changing rooms.
